- Assist clients in analyzing their operational needs and recommend the appropriate SAP functionalities to support daily business processes
- Perform configuration adjustments and minor enhancements in SAP PP to meet business requirements and optimize system performance
- Provide continuous functional and technical support, including incident resolution, problem analysis, and root ‑ cause identification
- Maintain up ‑ to ‑ date technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer to users and internal teams
- Support change management activities, including testing, validation, and transport coordination within an AMS environment
- Bachelor's degree in IT Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in SAP PP support, AMS operations, maintenance, incident resolution, or upgrade activities
- Experience with SAP module integration points
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills in user support, incident analysis, and problem resolution
- Your results ‑ driven mindset and ability to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Your bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec
