Who is Willow Bend ELC anyway? Willow Bend Early Learning Centre is a small, well-established facility located in Moncton, NB and have been in operation for over 3 years. We are a fully licensed designated centre and are led by experienced Early Childhood and Montessori Educators.

Willow Bend ELC prides itself on creating a collaborative and diverse learning environment for children from the time they are infants until they head off to public school.
