This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agent.

iFinance Canada Inc. is a national consumer financing company that's offered an array of financing to Canadians since 1996.

This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making.

Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
Data entry of customer files;
Credit adjudication (training provided);
Providing superior professional service to valued clients.

Must be willing to work full range of shifts within the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am to 3:00pm PST (rotation basis once a month)
Sunday: 7:00am to 2pm PST (rotation basis once a month)

This is an excellent, full time permanent position with a growing company.
