The opportunity:
- Provides administrative support for the IT team and Director.
- Responsible for various administrative matters within the team, including, scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining the department calendar, managing expenses and invoices, directing phone calls and inquiries, sorting and distributing mail and scheduling couriers.
- Assists in the preparation and tracking of the annual budget for the IT department.
- Manages the processing of invoices related to the department by reviewing expenditures, authorizing payments, tracking, analyzing, and reviewing variance reports as required.
- Works with the administrative group in preparation for Executive Meetings and Board Meetings.
You have:
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Administrative Assistant or a related field.
- Minimum two years' experience providing administrative support.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology, including Microsoft office suite.
You bring:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold the highest degree of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proven organizational ability, including a keen eye for detail and the ability to adhere to established deadlines.
