    Responsibilities

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Ensuring stations and team members are fully equipped with the right tools, resources, and training.
    • Monitoring production quality and ensuring only top-tier products move through your stations.
    • Maintaining and improving standard work procedures to support consistency and efficiency.
    • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce waste, and strengthen safety.
    • Providing hands-on coaching and mentorship to both new and experienced staff.
    • Ensuring new and transferred employees receive thorough, effective training.
    • Supporting team members in developing technical skills, problem-solving capacity, and leadership potential.
    • Assisting directly with assembly tasks during bottlenecks or staff shortages.
    • Helping streamline materials flow and minimize waste.
    • Communicating clearly and consistently to support a high-trust, collaborative work environment.

    Qualifications

    We're Looking For:

    • Someone willing to learn our processes and product to become an expert.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose practical solutions.
    • A respectful, team-centered communication style.
    • Experience or education in Lean principles and continuous improvement.
    • A proactive mindset and passion for developing others.
    • Mechanically inclined individuals that enjoy hands on work.
