Vivier Pharma is a Canadian Pharmaceutical Skin Care company with over 20 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetic Industry.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team based out of our Vaudreuil-Dorion location.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing professional support to the marketing department on all projects, initiatives, and daily operations.

From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing activities, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and customer goals.

This is a permanent, full time hybrid position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

What you will be responsible for

• Update and maintain B2B web platform (images, banners, product pages, promotional codes, customer assets)
• Assist in launching promotions, animations and new products according to marketing calendar
• Manage creation of new and update existing marketing collateral/digital asset projects to ensure all resources are current, accurate and comply with brand standards
• Liaise with key suppliers and collaborate with external agencies or consultants on special projects as required (source quotes, followup on projects according to deadline/delivery, complete purchase requisitions)
• Provide administrative support on special marketing programs
• Add and update documents to the Company internal/external file sharing platform
• Manage changes to various versions of product order forms
• Fill out Customer/Vendor templates as requested
• Create SKUs for promotional materials and manage related internal processes
• Facilitate Marketing related translations from English to French
• Participate in brainstorming new and innovative marketing strategies
• Attend events as needed and travel if required

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or related discipline
• Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant marketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with positive upbeat attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal staff and external vendors
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Critical thinking and ability to proactively resolve challenges and establish efficient work processes
• Ability to execute, multitask and prioritize
• Project management and organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Web/CMS software preferred
• Experience with Project Management software preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• English language fluency is required for this job

Ce dont vous serez responsable

• Mettre à jour et maintenir la plateforme Web de commerce interentreprises (images, bannières, pages des produits, codes promotionnels, actifs des clients)
• Aider au lancement de promotions, d'animations et de nouveaux produits selon le calendrier de marketing
• Gérer la création de nouveaux projets de matériel de marketing/actifs numériques et mettre à jour les projets existants pour s'assurer que toutes les ressources sont à jour, précises et conformes aux normes de la marque
