What you'll do:

We are seeking an Upstream Process Specialist to provide pre
- and post-sales support for the full Single Use Technology portfolio. You'll serve as the clinical/technical expert to develop relationships with departmental and technical decision makers and partner with Account Executives to gain access to C-Suite decision makers.

  • Achieve sales targets for Single Use Technology portfolio in your assigned territory.
  • Forecast orders and sales within applicable sales funnel, tools, and reports
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and other Sales Specialists to initiate development of new business opportunities.
  • Identify, design, and implement strategy for each key customer.
  • Assist Account Managers throughout the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, installations, and product trainings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and seminars at trade shows and professional conferences.
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales teams in developing sales, marketing and customer account strategies.
  • Track and communicate industry trends, and competitive actions in order to provide expertise and advice to drive innovative product development.

Who you are:


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of the Biopharma/Biotech industry and Upstream and Filtration unit operations.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, validation and regulated environments for bioprocessing.
  • Excellent communicator who can present complex material in simple terms.
  • Problemsolver with the ability to resolve and communicate issues, and propose solutions.
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities at once.
  • Willing to travel throughout specified geographic region and globally to participate in trainings, meetings and key projects.
  • French/English bilingual strongly preferred.
