Job summary
We are looking for an Onboarding & Training Administrator to work with our onboarding team to ensure the workforce is qualified for their position by completing required administrative activities promptly and accurately.The role is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all training qualifications and personnel records in both the Aecon and clients LMS (Learning Management System) to support the joint venture projects at the Bruce Power site.
The successful candidate will have experience with Success Factors or TIMS Learning Management System as well as high proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
