Required Skills:

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining an Excel based content calendar. The calendar contains a wireframe for content.
- Content calendar/positioning investigate errors and/optimization.
- Content Authoring build banners, pages, pricing updates and other tasks to the specification provided.
- QA checks are performed by the Channel Op's team.
- Resolve bugs found during the briefing process.
- Be a part of promo planning calendar view with promotions and pricing laid out, this services as a guide for business teams and 'Regional Site Merchandisers'.
- Promotion Prioritization: guidance is provided about which promotions are highest priority during key selling periods.
Price Matching:
Category Management will approve and share notifications when a price match.
Monitoring:
The Demand Planning team provide tools and reports that inform partners teams including 'Regional Site Merchandisers' if stock for product ranges is low or depleted.
