Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations.

The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe working environment.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and production targets are achieved
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Train and mentor production team members to enhance their skills and performance
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to optimize production processes
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials
Prepare reports on production performance, including productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics

Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
