- Be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your work will contribute to the development and implementation of various projects within Pinchin's Building Science and Sustainability group.
- Incorporate changes and modifications into existing drawings as required.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documentation.
- Prioritizes assigned tasks in accordance with established project schedules by adhering to time frames and deadlines.
- Strong background in Building Sciences and Architectural detailed design drafting.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating drawings.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Proficient understanding and knowledge of building materials.
- Experience with taking ownership of projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision or oversight.
- Excellent communications skills and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Successful completion of an Architectural Technologist diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution, with a minimum of five years relative experience.
