Our well-established, patient care-first office is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Office Manager to join the growing, progressive team.

Our office is part of a dental group based in South-Western Ontario offering considerable growth and learning opportunities.

We seek an individual who is hard-working, well-presented, a team player and believes in top-notch patient care.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, and the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.

Qualifications:_

• Highlevel knowledge of office administration, various dental procedures, and the ability to train, supervise and coach all staff in the dental office.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• A minimum of two years of management experience working in a dental office is a must.
• Dental Assistant or Treatment Coordinator experience is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal; and ability to oversee staff schedule to ensure full coverage
• Must have valid CPR/First AID Certification
• Superior organizational ability with problem solver and critical thinking skills. Can effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Experience:

Dental Assisting: 2 years (preferred)
