TD Information Security covers the development and management of security strategies, policies and programs to assess, prioritize, and mitigate business risk with technology controls


Priorities include:

mitigating and managing cyber security threats, ensuring systems availability, aligning with global regulatory risk and compliance requirements, managing systems and network complexity, and partnering with businesses for better technology delivery by providing advice on technology controls.

About This Role

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the assessment and maturity of technology and cyber capabilities related to Operational Resiliency
  • Serve as a liaison with key stakeholders to embed Operational Resiliency requirements into Technology Architecture, Processes (including Service Operations, Capacity Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management) and Data Management capabilities.
  • Assess TD's controls related to technology and cyber resiliency controls to evaluate how they mitigate the risk operational disruption
  • Provide oversight and reporting of the activities that are planned to improve Technology and Cyber operational resiliency capabilities
  • Central point of contact for all audit, regulatory, and second line inquiries related to Technology and Cyber operational resiliency capabilities

  • Sound understanding of the risk management landscape and disciplines at TD.
  • Skillful communication (written and verbal), negotiation and partnership skills to balance stakeholder input but remain objective to reach the right outcome.
  • Strength in influence and relationship management skills.
  • Clearthinking and able to consistently deliver high quality work under pressure; able to act fast and work within tight time frames.
  • Must be proficient with

Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This role will require contribution to program documentation and creating presentations.

  • Technology and Cybersecurity Reporting experience.
