IATA's Business Intelligence Services are the focal point and driving force for data management and global BI services for the aviation industry.
In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager DDS Customer Success, the hire will be supporting the creation of the documentation and other supporting materials of the DDS (Direct Data Solutions) product.
What your day would be likeSupport the creation of the new DDS Manual focused on the User Interface (UI) and the processing logic.
Liaise with Subject matter experts (SMEs) for input and validation of content; Follow up with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis to assure progress and continuous feedback on content.
Assure high quality and accuracy of the content; Lead the preparation and support work required for creating examples, use cases, short videos etc.
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on progress, challenges, achievements etc.We would love to hear from you if
Qualifications and Skills:
University degree in a relevant discipline,
Ability to set priorities and work with speed with a strong customer focus and a high level of drive and energy;
Strong ability in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBi, SharePoint, video editing
Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional regional language(s) will be an asset
