We have a reputation of fairness when dealing with sub-contractors, clients, owners and consultants. We have won numerous outstanding project awards over the course of our history.Our home base is Portage la Prairie but we serve all of southern Manitoba.
We are seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for immediate employment. Positions include Rock Truck, Dozer, Excavator and Grader Operators.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Able to operate heavy equipment in safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pretrip safety inspection on equipment
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of construction equipment as required
- Ensure safety is a top priority at all times
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Some experience operating heavy equipment is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to selfstart and take initiative on tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
