    Description

    We offer

    :
  • 3 week on / 3 week off rotations; 12-hour days
  • Fly in / Fly out
  • Competitive hourly rates with Overtime pay (1.5x),
  • Commercial flights and accommodations are covered.
  • All tools and equipment are supplied by Nuna.

    • This position is located on our project site located in Eureka, Nunavut.

    Job Scope:

  • Daily inspections of equipment
  • Fueling and servicing of mobile equipment and stationary equipment including gensets, light plants etc.
  • Ensuring fuel and service schedules are adhered to.
  • Communication of deficiencies supervisors
  • Ensure all Client and Company Safety and Environmental policies are followed.
  • Pre-start safety inspections
  • Assist with maintenance as required by maintenance staff.
    • Job Requirements

    Qualifications /Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Valid Class 3 License with Airbrakes endorsement
  • Previous experience with similar position in heavy civil setting
  • Previous experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Good physical fitness as this position involves climbing up/down equipment frequently.

    • Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
