Job Description:

Your Team

  • The Jr. Construction Administrator will be responsible for obtaining building permits for construction, construction schedule updates, and assisting the Operations team with general initiatives. This position will involve interfacing with multiple departments, and requires an understanding of all deadlines and needs to maintain operational flow throughout the company.


Your Key Deliverables Updating pre-construction activities in BuildPro construction schedules to reflect current status Send final sitings to Surveyor and Superintendent Entering municipal addresses and postal codes into NSE, as available Obtaining As Built Surveys and sending to Lawyer for closing preparations.

Includes updating internal tracking system and NSE Assist in obtaining Tarion QFE/enrolments as needed Asset site teams entering and trading Pre PDI and PDI deficiencies, as required Assist construction team with general administrative duties- Must Haves- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills Working knowledge of computers Requires experience with Microsoft Word Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure Strong planning and organization skills High School Diploma or 5 years' experience required in homebuilding Ability to prioritize work under limited supervision Ability to quickly learn new software programs Ability to work in fast paced environment / multi-tasking Self-sufficient and self-startingNice to Haves- Knowledge of BuildPro and Newstar Enterprise- Your Opportunity
