Description

We are looking for a social media e-commerce coordinator who is passionate about e-commerce, can optimize content and grow our brand's awareness across all platforms.

You know how to write compelling content that will engage our readers with our brand's voice. You are analytical and constantly measuring campaign success and looking for ways to optimize. You are Shopify savvy and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and success of our website.


Key duties include:

  • Brainstorm with the marketing team to develop productbased sales promotions and monthly social media calendar
  • Social media/web collaboration with digital media management agency
  • Generate, edit and publish social media collateral that builds meaningful connections and encourages brand awareness and conversions
  • Strategically targeting and interacting with our virtual community
  • Development and maintenance of paid social media campaigns
  • Manage our Shopify website, daytoday updates, troubleshooting and loyalty program
  • Creating monthly financial plans for the website
  • Manage and grow the website's revenue
  • Work closely with the operations department for inventory planning and appropriate inventory allocation
  • Conducts keyword research to identify strong keywords that drive valuable traffic
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies, as well as manage all SEO efforts aimed at improving search rankings and overall website traffic
  • Coordination and upkeep of digital newsletters Mailchimp and Klaviyo
  • Performance analysis of web and social media reports (Google Analytics), B2B/B2C and audience development
  • This is not a remote position, ability to work onsite is required

Qualifications:


  • Post secondary education in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Shopify platform, Klaviyo
  • Strong sense of organization, skills in strategy, planning and P/L management
  • 4+ years of experience leading social media campaigns and web development
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Linkedin
  • Proficient in SEO and CRO, content development and content marketing
  • Strong experience using website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEM Rush, Facebook Pixel,)
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
