Job Summary
The Compensation team designs and administers Compensation programs processes and policies.Lead and support the roll out and execution of various annual compensation programs and processes (i.e. incentive plan payouts annual salary review etc.) Prepare various annual and customized compensation survey submissions; gathering and analyzing relevant results Provide subject matter expertise to HR managers line managers and recruiters on compensation programs Support the design of new and/or revised compensation programs Lead the incentive accruals process Complete job evaluations and make recommendations for job levels Maintain documentation on the administration and interpretation of compensation programs and processes Lead market bench marketing exercises including analysis recommendations presenting findings to HR Managers managers Identify implement program process improvement opportunities Provide strong technical analysis all compensation related matters Lead support other annual ad hoc compensation/Total Rewards projects
