Under general supervision, Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of various marketing programs for an assigned business unit.
Essential Job Duties:
Answer and direct all incoming calls; Maintain the lobby, conference rooms and kitchen areas; Coordinate conference room calendars to ensure smooth scheduling between multiple groups; Manage office supplies, order accordingly and reconcile monthly expenses for the office; Provide extensive reporting as requested for management within the office; Perform other projects as requested by Management.
Skills, Education and Experience:
Ability to work in a team environment; Strong graphic, writing and oral communication skills; Computer literacy in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Ability to work independently as well as with key internal and external constituents ; Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines; Strong organizational skills.
Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
