We want you to make our guests feel personally welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from the moment they check in to the moment they leave.

You will deputise in the absence of the Guest Services Manager and help with the smooth running of the department.

meeting and greeting them, checking them in, making holiday bookings
Resolving their complaints so that they walk away with a smile
Liaising with and helping out colleagues onsite to ensure that our guests experience is always excellent
You will be one of the first point of contact for all our Holiday Home Owners

One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on evenings, weekends and bank holidays too.
