THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Canada Property administration manager, within our Property Administration team, the Administrative Clerk will provide support to the property administration team by analysing the landord's billings and validate the charges in accordance to the lease agreements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Analyse invoices;
- Contact Landlords to get back up documentation if needed;
- Read the Leases to verify if the expense is allowed;
- Prepare Excel Spreadsheets to summarize expenditures;
- Other related duties.
