    Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

    You are enthusiastic and enjoy connecting with people to help them solve their IT problems. Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the Junior Systems Administrator will assist in supporting Anthem's computing infrastructure, work with team members on new projects and provide technical support to all users within the organization.

    • Conscientious about meeting expectations, and have an innate ability to exceed expectations
    • Someone who enjoys helping others, particularly in face-to-face interactions (this role is full time in our Vancouver office)

    You will

    • Work with the team to implement new technology and administer existing infrastructure
    • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email
    • Keep customers informed of incident progress, impending changes and coordinated outages
    • Handle escalations for mobile, hardware and software issues
    • Log and process support calls in JIRA
    • Ensure service levels are met based on problem priority
    • Deploy and support new hardware and system software
    • Perform PowerShell scripting or other basic scripting tasks
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation

    You have

    • One to two years of hands-on experience working in a technical support environment
    • Experience with Office 365 suite of tools, Windows 10, 11, Windows Server 2012 to 2019
    • Experience with remote desktop support, Active Directory and Exchange, Patch management, basic printer/peripheral device troubleshooting and basic knowledge of networking concepts

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
