Component Overhaul Technician - Langley, Canada - CanWest Aerospace Inc

Description

The responsibility of a Component Overhaul Technician is to assist in ensuring component overhaul duties are carried out in accordance with the CanWest Aerospace Inc Maintenance Procedures Manual and such other applicable Company policies and procedures.

• Carry out and complete work assignments on customer components as directed
• Complete work sheets and other required Company documents for all work accomplished as directed
• Responsible for the disposition of parts issued from stores as directed
• Ensure that safety precautions are being observed
• Attend training courses as directed
• Assist in miscellaneous duties as directed
• Maintain and ensure a safe working environment
• Provide mentoring and direction to junior employees

• 2 Years mínimal of Bell and Sikorsky Dynamic Components
• AMO accredited training specific to CanWest
• Able to follow directions provided by Production Manager or Crew Chief
• Team orientated with creativity and ability to see projects through
