The Role

Responsible for cost management activities including invoice reconciliation and approvals, monitoring and tracking spend, and execution of payments (if required)
Manage the vended spend process and the business unit's purchase orders
Escalate and assist with troubleshooting for any vendor issues and communicate product related issues and concerns to vendors
Collaborate with Procurement to update, renew and/or cancel contracts when required
Establish and maintain vendor performance standards and evaluate vendor performance
Identify potential gaps in operations and processes and suggest improvements for vendor management processes, policies, and methods

Who You Are

Experience in vendor management, procurement or accounts payable Experience
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, essential for interacting with key stakeholders to inform and influence successful project outcomes
Proven negotiation, time management, analytical, problemsolving and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks for completion under extremely tight deadlines
Proficient in all Microsoft Office, data management and reporting
Experience working with diverse technology teams
Project management experience
Experience in financial services/wealth management industry
