Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager to lead our fund accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fund accounting and client service to our private equity clients.

• You will oversee all aspects of fund accounting, including capital activity, allocations, fee calculations, cash management, financial statements, and audits.

This is a senior-level position that requires deep knowledge of private equity fund accounting practices and regulations. You must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• At least seven years of progressive work experience in accounting or audit with a preference for private equity or public company experience
