Program Coordinator
Overview:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for conducting the administrative duties associated with various projects. The Program Coordinator will maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
Essential Functions:
- Creating production orders and acting as a liaison with other departments involved in the production process
- Quote Order preparation
- Working with external suppliers to ensure projects meet expectation dates
- Ordering and scheduling of materials
- Completing shipping documents and providing tracking information for shipments to customers
- Organizing customer installations with contractors and individual stores
- Populating project information within customer portals
- Monitoring inventory and performing cycle counts when required
- Updating and maintaining customer catalogues
- Local travel may be required on occasion
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in individual and group settings
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to work in a fastpaced production facility that is customer driven and focused
- Compass and Ariba experience would be an asset
Education:
- Postsecondary education from an accredited University or College plus a minimum of three years' experience in a Program or Account Coordinator's role is preferred.
