Marketing Advisor - ATCOenergy
Or as we like to say, Marketing Aficionado

We're looking for a fierce and friendly Marketing Advisor to join our diverse & vibrant team.

Rümi is a bright new member of the ATCO family and operates 3 lines of business under the Rümi umbrella:
Rümi Home Services, ATCOenergy and Blue Flame Kitchen.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Strategy & Planning this role is focused on executing the day-to-day marketing operations for ATCOenergy, including carrying out go-to-market plans, end-to-end project management of campaigns and projects, compiling campaign reporting and post-analysis, and aiding in yearly planning.


On a daily basis, you'll be

  • Executing all ATCOenergy marketing campaigns, project managing campaigns, programs, and initiatives from inception to launch, delivering campaigns on budget and on time.
  • Working with crossfunctional teams to understand the needs of your business stakeholders, assigning and managing deliverable deadlines and negotiating timelines where needed. Oversee development and delivery of campaign briefs to crossfunctional team members, aiding in collaboration to ensure compelling brand messaging across channel mix.
  • Manage creative review process with Marketing Manager and key business stakeholders.
  • With assistance from the Marketing Manager, lead the development of GotoMarket decks outlining campaign strategy, employed tactics, and creative.
  • Aid in the development of a performancetracking process, monitoring and benchmarking KPI's against actual performance and making optimization recommendations based on performance insights and trends.
  • Support in annual strategy development, ideation, and the development of key marketing planning documentation.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent, brand and campaign messaging across channels, executed in accordance with the marketing plans.
  • Manage creative rotations for alwayson paid media to avoid creative fatigue.
  • Track, analyze, and report on channel performance with channel lead, soliciting opportunities for optimizations and making recommendations for improved performance.
  • Operate as primary daytoday liaison between marketing and business stakeholders, always acting in the best interests of the brand.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, with a clear understanding of target demographics for ATCOenergy, and user behaviour across platforms.
  • Participate in market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends. Provide insightful recommendations for optimizations based on research, insights and trends.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to brand & digital marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you have:


  • Postsecondary degree in a related discipline.
  • 35 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience in both traditional and digital marketing campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication skills are critical. Both verbal and written communication skills will be essential in producing the results required for this role.
  • High proficiency at delivering marketing documents and templates.
  • Believes that an ideal work environment is collaborative and encourages everyone to be curious and bring their best ideas forward.
  • Retail and/or agency experience is a bonus.
