Key Account Manager


Reporting to the Branch Manager and National Sales manager the Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our key clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
  • Work with other departments to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with service technicians.
  • Prepare and submit quotes for clients.
  • Review existing accounts for growth opportunities. I.e., Coil cleanings, additional visits, additional hours, 3rd party services, BAS service, CO Monitoring, etc.
  • Create revised proposals to be presented to the client.
  • Review existing accounts for equipment list accuracy, material accuracy and time allotment accuracy.
  • Work with other sales representatives on new opportunities as required. Shared opportunities are eligible for commission splitting.
  • Responsible for account retention through customer contact and surveys.
  • Any other necessary tasks that may be required and deemed reasonable for your abilities and job functional area.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of related sales or account management experience.
  • Diploma in a related business field
  • Ability to travel to customer sites
