CN - Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist

The Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist provides supplemental service support in the areas of conversions, ordering stock, vending solutions, putting orders away, 5S handling of service & equipment, and expediting.

• Supports MSC customer solutions and sales associates.
• Understands company solutions, products, and services. Including limited technical product knowledge.
• Supports the implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.

This role requires establishing productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customers. Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards is also essential.

1. Unpack orders checks accuracy of shipment and puts stock away at customer locations ensuring appropriate levels are met generating new orders for merchandise when required obtaining approval to place these orders as needed communicates feedback to representatives supervisors concerning complete satisfaction logging events daily within Service Management tool participates special projects performs additional duties furthering Culture throughout all offices fostering teamwork understanding enhances effectiveness.
