Description
Woody's RV World Calgary currently hiring for a Full-Time Warranty Advisor.


Requirements:


  • Working knowledge of the guidelines of the warranty process of each manufacturer
  • Ability to process the warranty claims within the guidelines of each manufacturer
  • Ability to look up flatrate codes for each manufacturer


  • Computer skills

  • Office suite, Accuterm
  • Compliance with Canada Customs in completing the shipping and customs forms
  • Communication skills

Qualifications

  • Processing claims as per the manufacturers' guidelines
  • Returning parts to the manufacturers
  • Reclaiming denied claims

Accounts Receivable Function:


  • Following up on outstanding accounts receivable items, keeping the AR List current for your specific dealership

Miscellaneous Functions:


  • Sorting and maintaining the Warranty Parts Room
  • Filing claims and assorted paperwork
  • Maintaining and updating the manufacturers' code books (Flat Rate Manuals)
  • Communicating and assisting with the manufacturers, service technicians, and service writers
