What your day to day will look like

Aware of and applies EHS policy to all processes, tools, and equipment
Prepares predress kits
Maintains predress equipment and performs PM an all predress equipment
Receive tool and reviews inspection report
Release tool for use
Create a damage report
Change Tools statuses in ITDM
Close the demand after successful repair
Fills out tooling validation tags
Run an "inspection due" report in ITDM
Receive inspected/calibrated tool and verify the inspection report
Inform process planner that new tool is ready for use

The tools you need to be successful

Understanding of predress tool drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude with applicable experience
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Must be quality driven and committed to provide quality services in a demanding environment
Ability to work independently in a highpressure environment
Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to interact with various groups from both Plant 22 and other plants
