Responsibilities:

Sets up and operates manual, automatic and CNC saw blade grinding machines to grind face, side, top and chamfer to required specifications.
Edits and modifies programs and machines as needed to ensure efficient machining operations and product quality.
Utilizes precision measuring equipment to verify proper dimensions and tolerances are achieved and maintained.
Meets and maintains established production and quality standards.

Skills:

Mechanically inclined with CNC technology background.
Previous machining experience.
Knowledge of cutting tool geometry and grinding methods.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as verniers, micrometers and other gauging equipment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$23.31-$27.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
