We are a Real Estate Team specializing in Multi-Residential Properties and Pre-construction and we are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist looking for long term gainful employment.

Responsibilities:

Create social media content and help manage the posting schedule
Assist with event planning, including working with our team, event coordinators, for onsite collateral and support in promoting events
Create marketing content/asset for specific projects and track their success
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our database
Assisting with website management and content creation on new websites and pages
Repurpose and create your own original, highquality content (e.g text, images, videos) that aligns with brand voice and goals and drives engagement and growth; with a particular focus on LinkedIn and YouTube.

High Level of Proficiency is required in the following areas:

Microsoft Office
Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
Exceptional Customer Service verbal and written communication
High degree of multitasking, organization and time management capability
Canva & Graphic Design
Ability to work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis
Ability to prioritize workload in fastpaced environment
1+ years Marketing Role (preferred)
1+ years of work experience in video editing and social media content creation
Diploma or degree in marketing, media, advertising or related fields (preferred)
Good communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
