full-time, permanent fully remote bilingual positions in our Sales department. In this role you will work from the comfort of your home office and provide sales and service for clients, ensuring the customer in need receives the best care and attention.
About the role:
Supporting our various e-commerce and insurance clients, Allianz Sales Associates provide exceptional telephone sales and customer service.
They go above and beyond for our customers to ensure that they have all of the information they need, and are buying the right products and services based on their needs.
Working hours: 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week
Shifts include:
Monday - Sunday, working holidays, mornings, afternoons, and evenings on a rotational basis. Schedules are given 6 weeks in advance.
You are great at:
- Providing exceptional customer service and telephone support for clients
- Knowing our products and services to provide information and new quotes to potential customers
- Responding to inquiries about purchasing travel insurance
- Increasing sales by using your strong upselling and crossselling techniques
- Meeting or exceeding monthly performance objectives
- Being adaptable to assist our everchanging customer needs
- Interpreting policies and providing benefit information to customers
What it takes:
- A minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience working in a customer service related function
- The willingness to get your Accident and Sickness license and TICO certification (and if you already have them, then even better)
- Proven success in a sales environment where you can think on your feet and identify customers' needs, and can provide optimal product solutions to meet those needs
- An energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Fluency in French is preferred
