Pre-Owned Sales Consultant.


We are looking for a like-minded individual who is self-motivated, results driven, and customer service oriented to join the team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Meet and exceed your preowned vehicles unit sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain long lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ask clients qualifying questions to determine their needs and provide vehicle options accordingly.
  • Assume full responsibility for the entire sales process, including: getting to know the client; accommodating the client's product preference via a presentation and demonstration; finding the right preowned vehicle for the client via product supply resources; determining the best tradein value via a fair and equitable process; satisfying the client's purchasing needs via a seamless sales process; preparing the client for ownership by ensuring a smooth and thorough delivery that accommodates all of the client's expectations; and establishing a consultative relationship with each client.
  • Develop new business and leads to increase client base through focused personal marketing efforts that may include, but are not limited to, direct mail, networking affiliations, social media, and telemarketing.
  • Follow up on all leads generated by the website, walkins, offlease reports, prospect reports, the call centre, referrals, and aftersales.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


  • Valid Canadian Driver's License in good standing
  • Valid OMVIC License or ready to get one
  • Process oriented
  • Previous Automotive Sales experience is an asset
  • Ambitious and driven to learn and grow your professional skillset
  • Possess a cando attitude and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful, well organized, dependable and detail oriented
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
