Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres has 31 clinics in the National Capital Region. Our team includes Physiotherapists with various qualifications including Advanced Manual Therapists (RCAMT and FCAMT), FUI, Concussion, ART, and IMS. Our team also includes Sport Medicine Physicians, Orthopedic Surgeons, Registered Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, Athletic Therapists, Chiropractors and Physiotherapy Assistants. All of our clinics are managed by physiotherapists and excel in providing current and courteous care to everyone who seeks physiotherapy and rehabilitation. As an
Rehab Assistant/Exercise Assistant at Pro Physio active Aging & Rehab, you are an important member of our clinical team.

You are responsible for assisting with client care as directed by a Physiotherapist, and for the maintenance and cleanliness of the treatment area and equipment.

As a significant contributor, you are the type of person who will take pride in the thoroughness of your work and the strong relationships you develop with your clients and co-workers.

Qualifications:

Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
Must have own transportation.
Experience working as Rehabilitation Assistant, Exercise Assistant or Physiotherapy Assistant considered an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working oneonone and in a class setting with residents of a Retirement Residence.
Teaching group exercise classes.
Set up, prepare, and maintain equipment, and clean up after resident's treatments (such as hot packs, ice, electrical modalities).
Collecting outcome measure data.
Inventory of clinical supplies as required.
