Job Title:
Cleaner
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, steel toe shoes required
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
Hours:
- Weekday mornings, 5 hours per day.
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Good time management skills
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kanata, ON K2S 6P1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
