Administration Support

  • Answer telephone in professional manner.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales ability to answer general inquiries regarding the products with informed and satisfactory responses in a friendly courteous manner.
  • Dispatching experience a plus
  • Taking orders and preparing dispatch for deliveries.
  • Data Entry experience with Quickbooks Desktop would be prefered. Input/create invoices bills and product reports as directed.
  • Proficient in microsoft office programs.
  • Strong organzinational skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Inventory management.
  • Comfortable with accounts receivable collection and follow up when required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
