Description
Administration Support- Answer telephone in professional manner.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales ability to answer general inquiries regarding the products with informed and satisfactory responses in a friendly courteous manner.
- Dispatching experience a plus
- Taking orders and preparing dispatch for deliveries.
- Data Entry experience with Quickbooks Desktop would be prefered. Input/create invoices bills and product reports as directed.
- Proficient in microsoft office programs.
- Strong organzinational skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Inventory management.
- Comfortable with accounts receivable collection and follow up when required.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
