Job description
We are seeking labourers with experience in waterproofing, crack filling, route and sealing.

You will ideally have a solid background working in construction and an understanding of waterproofing (hot rubber, peel and stick, blindside).

The job responsibilities will include working with a construction crew with day-to-day tasks which include manual labour. This position requires the ability to climb and lift daily. Hard-working individuals only need apply.

MTO or roadwork experience is preferred.

Ability to work night shifts is required.

Location:
Mississauga, Ontario


Responsibilities:


  • Support and take direction / instructions from foreman / supervisor and carry out on site tasks.
  • Route and Seal bridge decks
  • Assist with waterproofing and roofing
  • Good physical stamina
- ability to lift up to 50lbs and occasionally more.

  • Ensure safety is a top priority and adhere to and follow all rules and regulations
  • Able to work overtime and travel site to site
  • Keen observation skills with a desire to learn, excel and advance
  • Must be a team player who shows up to work daily

Qualifications:

  • Valid G Driver's License
  • Your own Transportation is Required
