What you'll do:


  • Provide unique selling points and value propositions to partners and customers.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, technical proposals, and proof of concepts to our customers and end users.
  • Participate in delivering proposals/bids by ensuring that the solution proposed to the client is technically feasible and can be successfully delivered.
  • Provide indepth knowledge of CIRA's products, including compliance requirements, solutions, technology, and offerings.
  • Liaise with product management as the customer's technical voice, providing customer/prospect feedback to address product issues.
  • Manage technical relationships with partners and communities of interest (National Research and Education Network (NREN), Municipal Groups, Insurance, etc.).
  • Support customer onboarding efforts.

What you bring:


  • Indepth knowledge of information technology or computer science.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in information technology or software engineeringrelated functions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to analyze market trends, product innovation, and regulations in the area of expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and continuous willingness to learn and develop.
  • Experience working as a technical lead in a presales software environment.
  • Knowledge of networking, DNS, or Firewall technologies is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and oral.
