We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with knowledge of at least one of the following areas: bath products, home renovations, flooring, tile/stone, home decor or related fields, to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on bath products tile/vanities, & flooring
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
