Job Duties & Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Vice President, you will be responsible for developing the overall go-to-market strategy for SavvyPro. You'll work cross-functionally with the Sales team, Operation team and senior executives in a dynamic and rapidly growing market.

This opportunity is for an innovative and experienced marketing leader who takes full ownership, is a team player, and knows how to deliver results.

This role reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer.


What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the COO to develop strategic marketing initiatives

Work with the leadership team to plan and execute key marketing programs

Direct and implement the next phase of the Canada West market development project. Lead the marketing team in developing partnerships with colleges and student unions in Canada West.

Collaborate with our Sales and Operation teams to align our commercial objectives of promoting and driving awareness of our brand and services, while always bringing the voice of the customer back to any decision we make

Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the Online Marketing Team, Offline Marketing Team and Advertising Team against predetermined targets, as well as individual's performance

Lead and build from scratch the Marketing Team through hiring, coaching, and development

Measure, analyze, and report on programs, campaigns, OKRs, and KPIs for the marketing team

Coordinate multiple channels of marketing strategies, including online, offline and advertising

Raise brand awareness, while attracting customers and driving engagement and loyalty

Oversee marketing & advertising creative, from ideation through to execution, to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns

Lead day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategies

Liaise with external vendors and agencies, including media opportunities and various ecosystem partners

Planning and budgeting

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies; keep up to date on emerging market trends and competitors


Skills/Experience requirements:


Education:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in business administration, commerce or a

related field

Work Experience:
At least four years of marketing management work experience, including experience in organizing and holding marketing campaigns (online/offline) and representing the company in marketing campaigns and business negotiations


Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System), ERP (Enterprises Resource Planning), Dingding Talk, Chuangketie, Google Sheet, Google Doc, MikeCRM, WeChat, Zoom, Teambition, Classin, Feishu.

Excellent speaking and written communication skills in English

Willing to travel internationally and to travel extended periods.
