About the Role:


Reporting
The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Administrator reports directly to the Director of Corporate Health and Safety.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare HSE Data, Statistic tracking and other reporting requirements.
  • Prepares agenda and takes minutes of the CRC, HSPC and other meetings as required.
  • Coordinates Health and Safety Representatives and Fire Warden activities.
  • Research and development of health and safety programs when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of CLC Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
