    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate a heavy motor vehicle to safely transport students to and from schools and activities
    • Efficiently operate a school bus with knowledge of bus mechanics
    • Maintain a mechanically sound vehicle

    Schedule:

    • Work mornings and afternoons on weekdays
    • No work on weekends, holidays, or breaks unless desired for extra hours (field trips, events, tournaments, etc.)

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Clear driver's license and good medical record
    • Strong commitment to safety
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Training:

    • Completion of a week-long training course
    • Obtain a class 2BE driver's license
    • Provided training for license acquisition

    Benefits:

    • Potential to park bus at home or nearby depot
    • Flexible work assignments for casual drivers
