ROLE SUMMARY


The Administrative Assistant is a key member of our team as we seek to help our clients achieve lifetime financial security.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will have three critical areas of focus on our team:

- delivering an exceptional client experience for current and potential clients who call or come into our office
- ensuring a full and balanced advisor calendar of appointments creating sales opportunities
- helping to create a smooth, efficient and compliant office


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Appointment making / client followup calls
  • Providing fast, personalized client administrative services
  • Completing and shepherding paperwork through Head Office as permitted
  • Managing the administrative side of the advisor's practice conscientiously and reliably to help ensure and maintain compliance
  • Managing advisor's workflow (preparation for client meetings, follow up, etc.)
  • Supporting the Advisor to create marketing / sales opportunities (mining client data, marketing efforts, mailers, etc.)

  • Strong Keyboarding & Computer skills is familiar with basic word processing & office systems; is comfortable with computer programs and accessing computer systems

  • Resilient, able to handle objections and challenges from clients

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
