Description

Solutions Consultants ("SC") are an essential part of the Nuix sales team, working directly with our most valued clients in both pre-and post-sales capacities.

The SC proactively assesses the business and technical needs of our current and prospective customers, and possess the skills to articulate and demonstrate the compelling value of the Nuix platform and suite of products.

This role owns all technical activities involved in the sales cycle and requires a proactive can-do attitude, ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to existing clients and prospects, and works well both independently and in conjunction with other teammates and departments.

This role will be remote and employee must be based in Ottawa.

Key Responsibilities


Client Development

  • Conduct solution demonstrations for prospective clients: onsite, at industry specific events, or via teleconference.
  • Deliver proof of concepts (POC) tailored to meet prospective clients' business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Be consultative. Educate existing and prospective clients on Nuix offerings and solutions. Help uncover and develop new business opportunities with existing clients when possible.
  • Help client design efficient, integrated workflows using Nuix products.
  • Ensure client engagement with the appropriate Nuix resource by connecting key client contributors to client facing teams within Nuix whenever possible (i.e. Training, Support, Product Management, etc.).
  • Involve the appropriate resources for key business opportunities that would benefit from additional Subject Matter Expertise (

SME:
Cyber Security, eDiscovery, Investigations, etc.).

  • Take ownership of overall client satisfaction, maximizing renewal, upsell, and retention rates.

Consultative & Technical Proficiency and Collateral

  • Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Nuix solutions and workflows.
  • Generate presentations, project plans, and other technical and workflow summary documentation as needed.
  • Create and customize internal and external collateral to support our clients' use of Nuix solutions.
  • Develop familiarity with the use and setup of common virtual and physical Nuix system configurations.
  • Build and sustain expert knowledge of common client and industry specific use cases and business challenges.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Be the catalyst to mesh business and technical requirements into actionable outcomes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science/business related field.
  • 3 years minimum experience in Investigations or eDiscovery
  • Experience with Discover (Ringtail)
  • Experience with Review platforms and workflows.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Enterpriselevel business project experience with strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills.
  • Experienced in identifying and clarifying clients' business and technical requirements in a clear and logical manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high quality output while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple timezones.
  • Capability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • ElasticSearch experience is a plus.
