MAAX is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Your role is to manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring the collection of outstanding balances, and effectively reconciling customer payments and credits.

Tasks & responsabilities:

Analyze the aging of accounts receivable and investigate receivables that have exceeded payment terms.
Analyze, reconcile, and obtain customer deductions approval.
Coordinate deduction requests with various internal departments of MAAX.
Resolve differences with customers and make claims as needed.
Resolve payment discrepancies.
Identify billing errors and communicate information to the appropriate department.
Provide the necessary documents requested by clients.
Produce the requested internal reconciliation reports.
Report any procedural discrepancies to the relevant departments to minimize credit risks.

Requirements:

Technician or college degree in accounting/administration is an asset.
Excellent customer service orientation, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
57 years of experience in a similar position.
Sense of organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
Experience with wholesale and large retailer customers is an asset.
Knowledge of SAP or any other equivalent ERP is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of MS Suite, specifically Excel, is required.
Proficient in navigating various web environments.
Bilingualism (English and French).
