Description

Operational Excellence Regional Manager, East Region The Regional Operational Excellence Regional Manager, East Region's, primary objective is to drive consistent execution of productivity processes & systems to support the field in delivering their margin requirements and achieving strong performance outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with accounts to follow the Labor Management Process; Forecast, Schedule, Manage, and Improve. Process enables accounts to put the right people in the right places at the right times based on business needs and provides a sustainable platform for managing labor.
Effectively use the tools
Kronos, Labour Scheduling Tool, Labour Workbooks to achieve labour targets.
Support accounts to manage the Food Management Process; Plan, Product, Production, Portion and Post Analysis. Train accounts to utilize the tools
PRIMA Web, production system, Master the Menu, Wipe Out Waste, the Food Purchasing Tool & assessments to drive consistent, repeatable culinary outcomes.
Collect food and labour metrics to proactively manage accounts. Provide the data, trends, and analysis to support accounts to make sound business decisions.
Support field with pricing strategies, deploying pricing tools and pricing recommendations to negotiate price for the account.
Support account to create SMART action plans & hold them accountable to achieve results.

Qualifications:

Bilingual French/English required
Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum 5+ years of comprehensive operations management experience
Proficient in Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Strong oral, written & presentation skills
Financial acumen & strong analytical skills, drives for results
