Overview:

Contrans Flatbed Group is a division of Contrans which is a subsidiary of TFI International, a publicly traded company. Contrans' companies have been providing exemplary customer service since 1926. Currently, we are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic and results driven team in Hagersville.


Key Responsibilities for this Role:


  • Maintain driver qualification files in compliance with regulations as set out by the MTO & DOT.
  • Manage our drug & alcohol testing program, which includes assisting drivers with the FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements.
  • Maintain permit books and distribute/update renewal items as required.
  • Assist with the driver hiring process to ensure drivers meet regulatory and company qualification.
  • Compile and distribute daily performance reports as required.
  • Maintain electronic driver files & ACE updates.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1year verifiable experience in Safety & Compliance within the logistics/trucking industry (preferred)
  • Able to meet deadlines with a high level of efficiency
  • Detail oriented, able to prioritize, and effectively manage multiple assignments within a set time frame
  • Ability and passion to implement/lead different teams on new software platform(s)
